Our Weixi 1000 flower Honey is produced by Asian honey bees in the mountains of Yunnan Province.  These wild bees forage on native plants at high altitudes. There is only a small amount of honey produced one time each summer. The honey has a thick and creamy texture with a fruity floral bouquet.  Local people call this honey 1000 flowers honey, because of the high diversity of plant nectar found inside each bite. Enjoy on warm bread in the morning!
